Because I'm frustrated with what I perceive as potentially taking advantage? We are a very small organization with no set policies. I've been extremely generous with her, probably to a fault, in the past, which is likely why this situation is occurring now (allotting her extra sick leave, teleworking, etc). I feel like if she were working somewhere else, this definitely wouldn't fly.
