[/quote] Don't lump it and say "DC Hospital," because that's not true. It is Sibley that apparently has a rule that you have to have the child in a car seat to leave the hospital. Other area DC hospitals only require the car seat if you are actually leaving by car. There is no DC "law" that states a child must leave a hospital in a car seat. It IS a "law" that they must be in a car seat if they are in a car.[/quote]
