Oh, and the man spoke during the Q and A session after the hour long talk, according to those that were there.
Usually, when someone refuses to follow the meeting format, they get asked to leave. If they refuse to leave, security makes them leave. If they refuse to listen to security, they get escorted out. Why is this so baffling to conservatives, you do it to liberals in your town hall meetings all the time. They expect it, so should you.
What's baffling is how many liberals accept an hour of lecture, followed by hand-picked questions, without questioning why this is being done in this format They can throw him out, but to arrest him for assault when it was clearly security doing the manhandling smacks of Gestapo.
Conservatives are apparently baffled by the law. The man can be charged with all kinds of crimes. He has to be tried before he is convicted. If there is no evidence of a crime -- as you suggest -- then it is very unlikely (remember, the guy is white) that he will be convicted. On the other hand, if there is evidence that is not part of the video being circulated, that will come out in trial.
All charges were dropped. Clearly no case, but justify away. I hope he sues the crap out of the MD school system
Careful. You're being inconsistent. Right-wing nut jobs want tort reform, remember?
He was abused. Clearly. On video
If he feels that was the case, he should sue the security company. What does any of this have to do with Common Core?
School hired the security guard
If he arrests someone, he is acting as a LEO. Schools can't arrest people.
