Well, it's me op again. I am now, according to nordstrom, a size 34H aka 34ddddd. Yes, I need to visit the stores recommended. But, I am so self conscious and do have posture problems and pain. I have gained weight. Not happy. I am concerned about first dying during surgery. I have a 6 yo. Second, I am afraid of scars!
I had a breast reduction done with a 5 year old and a 10 year old. Surgery is so much safer now than it was years ago. My scars are minimal. If you can find a great bra that solves your problems, that's great. But for me a breast reduction changed my life. I used to take a ton of Advil everyday to deal with back pain; couldn't wait to take off my expensive bra that was cutting my shoulders and had to buy size 12 and 14 dresses when except for my chest, I was a size 6 or 8. I look 10+ years younger; exercise/run without pain; take zero Advil and really regret not doing it sooner. Went from a DDD to a C and was worried that would be too small. At 5'11, I look very proportionate.
