After reading your post, I doublechecked the PTA membership docs and saw that spelled out clearly. That said, my post about the $40 fees clearly hit a nerve...especially with some Westland families. And since BE feeds into Westland, maybe it's something that should be addressed. I know of at least two - three other schools feeding into Westland that only charge $15 per year to join the PTA.
