That's not actually true, just look it up yourself.  There are  teardowns (which OP wants) in that price range in the Langley district.  And she wants to live in McLean, not Falls Church--there's a big difference between the two.

The map you posted supports what I said.  South of 123 is McLean HS territory, where most of these listings are found.  There are some north of 123, but far fewer.

I know she asked about McLean.  I mentioned Falls Church/22043 because it is nearby and a lot of it feels similar (I live in McLean).  Some people don't know the areas are so much alike.   [/quote]
