Furthermore, it's not as though IB is a huge program. IB in the DCC and NEC - and other schools that aren't test in - doesn't draw in a large crew. So you have a small group being held to high expectations. The program has integrity, as the assessments are international and those drive instruction. But it's too small to make an impact on the entire school. [/quote]
