This is extremely typical. Our club trip last year was an all expense paid trip to Monavo...a few years back ot was Croatia. It is not a vacation, but an all expense paid rewards trip for eveyone who hits goal.

I've never seen someone quit over it. Most all organizations have an achievers trip for BD/sales.[/quote]

Are you in sales?  Not that there is anything wrong with that, but that is a less typical job in DC, and particularly on DCUM which is overrum by lawyers, lobbyists, feds, doctors, IT types, etc., but not so many people that "hit goal" in their jobs.  [/quote]
