A small slice of thin crust cheese is more like 300. Me, I'd mentally add up my calories for the day and try to determine whether I'd be likely to eat something more before bed or not, then decide based on that. The answer I'd come up with would be between 1 and 3. Pregnant though? Definitely 3, maybe 4. I was a bottomless pit when pregnant and food tasted soooooo good.[/quote]
