Although the immersion charters won't allow kids who are fluent in Spanish, Chinese, French and Hebrew well to test into higher elementary grades, they won't be able to keep them out of immersion/advanced language classes at DCI if they lottery in. What a ridiculous system - MoCo and Fairfax freely allow kids who speak languages to test into immersion programs from 1st or 2nd grade. [/quote]
