Umm, okay, PP here who has the 5,000 sf house in Mount Rainier.  lol, I actually didn't know what bfe meant at first.  Mount Rainier is basically NE DC - just north of Woodridge area.  I'm less than a mile away from the new DC Costco.  While my house is technically in PG Co., my front yard is actually DC, and I park my car in DC - on Eastern Avenue....so it is not 'BFE" at all.  I love the area, and it's only improving.  I've been here about 10 years.[/quote]
