[/quote] I kind of see the logic because new homes have better basement waterproofing and mandatory code to avoid leaks.[/quote] We had to bring in a waterproofing company to add a coating on underground structures, extra sump pump an proper French draining. Also put a. Air exchanger in with heating/cooling equipment and UV lights in ducts. BIG difference![/quote]
