So are you equally as pissed off at the judge who recently ordered a lesbian couple to live apart or lose the custody of one of their kids?  The order states the mother is not allowed to have a same-gender adult who is unrelated to her children live in her home.  Her husband is not the source of the complaint about the living situation.

So now can a judge tell me I can't have a roommate?

The article states there's a morality clause in the divorce papers. That's the reason the woman has to move. And it doesn't say 'same-gender adult'. It says any not related by blood or marriage. So if she was hetero and wanted her boyfriend to move in, he would be forced to move as well. Know why those clauses exist? To protect the child from having to deal with shack-ups.

The fact that there are lesbians involved is of no never-mind.
