And are there such people? Evidently, given what the OP said. Also, the relevant law in Maryland is the Public Information Act. The Freedom of Information Act is federal law and applies to federal records. Also, the PIA doesn't say that agencies have to provide information that people ask for. It says that agencies have to provide public records that people ask for, with exceptions for certain categories of public records (including student records).[/quote]
