I'm not even vegetarian and I still know how wrong you are. Although it is harder, you can still give an adult or a child a balanced diet including proteins on a vegetarian diet. There are plenty of other sources of protein including eggs, cheese, nuts (not for this family, but for others), quinoa, soy products (tofu or tempeh), beans. Even broccoli and spinach both have a modest amount of protein in them. [/quote]
