[/quote] Take a look at this chart: http://www.bls.gov/opub/ted/2010/ted_20100428.htm College enrollment rate has gone from ~50% in the mid 80's to over 70% now. That's a HUGE difference. Plus there are simply more kids. I find it hard to believe that this hasn't led to many more kids who aren't as prepared.[/quote]
