If this truly was a founder, they would never have gone through the lottery. The kids would have been pulled to the front before the lottery occurred. Given the order of events, it seems that they are trying to do something that is not on the up and up. The PCSB should be contacted and made aware. They can not take action if they do not know.[/quote]
