You know there's TONS of rumors that Ben cheats on Jennifer Garner all the time and everyone knows it and that's the reason they had their 3rd kid? Rumor also is that she was relieved it was a boy because she thought that would make Ben less likely to leave the marriage. [/quote]

This is true. I worked for a company that works with Ben Affleck and he totally loves his younger women. 
It can look like a happy marriage from the outside but who knows (but the walls) what goes on inside the home. And remember they are actors by profession. [/quote]

I'm oddly bummed by this as well.  Not a huge fan of either, though I admire how Ben Affleck has refocused his career as a director and writer.  Also find it strange that a person would / would not leave a marriage because of the sex of the kid (as if leaving two girls is less horrible than leaving two girls and a boy).  But anyway, sad because they seemed like the real thing - a real family in an otherwise soulless town.  [/quote]
