Is that essay written on the spot, like the SAT, or is it composed at home and handed in as part of the package?

Starting this year , essay writing is on the spot, no longer take home assignment.

That's right.  What was  new this year was students being required to fill out the SIS (student information sheet), which asked a number of questions about interests and activies -- on the spot,  the school as opposed to bringing it from home where they could have gotten all sorts of help.[/quote]
