I intend to stay here as long as I can. I have had anywhere from this year's 1% raise to a 24% raise. I know that the agency has cut back on the original intended funding on this contract due to advance anticipation of the sequestration and so there is very little in the budget to provide additional compensation, so I'm quite happy with 1%. I'm also towards the higher end on seniority and the more senior staff often get less (percentage-wise) increases than the more junior staff. It's comparable dollar-wise, but less percentage-wise.[/quote]
