[/quote] I work for a federal contractor and we accrue leave each pay period. They just changed the leave policy to have a new, lower "use it or lose it" threshold. Starting next month lots of folks will earn no more leave until they work down their bank to the new threshold. Some people will not earn any new leave for a couple years until they work down their banked leave. Ha! That'll teach 'em. (says the guy who has zero banked leave)[/quote]
