They still want to give local athletes an opportunity to attend a Championship meet, even if the cut times are below NCSA and Zones. You don't build the sport by making it less attainable to achieve a Championship meet experience. You want those BBs and As motivated for growth, with NCSA+ times as a goal.[/quote]
