Why don’t you speak Spanish?  No pride in your country or culture? I’m Hispanic as well and learned Spanish.  I have never been bullied by any other Latino.  And I find the first thing other Latinos do is speak to me in Spanish.  It’s a common bond.  So you not knowing any Spanish sets you apart.  Also, you sound elitist, like you have so much more.  My family has doctors and lawyers and I went to a T10 university and have never felt anything close to what you mention.  [/quote]

Has nothing to do with bullying. No one posting would care that OP doesn’t speak Spanish, but when OP posts a derogatory post about Hispanics when OP doesn’t even speak Spanish and hasn’t even experienced Hispanic culture besides some superficial interactions,  it is offensive.

OP isn’t a spokesperson for Hispanics. The title of post is ridiculous and inflammatory. How long would a post last entitled:

Americans, why do we hate each other?

Blacks, why do we hate each other?

Europeans, we do we hate each other?

Asians, why do we hate each other?

Muslims, why do we hate each other?

I am the OP and I was posting my experience. I don't know where you got that I don't know Spanish but I am bilingual. I know both English and Spanish. Superficial interactions? What? I have experienced Hispanic culture. What the heck are you on about? [/quote]
