These teachers and coaches would be wise to keep silent if they can't be positive about competitors. When I heard one of my DD's teachers make critical remarks about a former student, it made me think twice about re-enrolling. I did not want DD to have that teacher as a role model. The ballet world is small, and making petty remarks about the choices of teenaged girls is beyond ridiculous. [/quote]
