All people should be treated with kindness, and that includes the customer. No one is a slave, they have taken the job willingly, and they should show up with a good attitude and try to help to the best of their ability. If I have a complaint about Whole Foods or whatever the business, they should listen, write it down and tell me that they will pass that along to their manager, not roll their eyes because they work for minimum wage.
