Marching Band should be treated like a sport, kids can choose it and not be required to participate in order to be in band. Marching Band is great. I participated in HS, it wasn’t required. So did a lot of other kids at my school. The band might be smaller but that is fine. It will be the kids who wanted to participate and not kids who were forced to participate. [/quote]
