The more I hear about Taylor, the less I like.[/quote] This has nothing to do with the bus depot. Taylor isn't involved in the deal with the developers. Developers don't give things for free. If they pay $70 million for the bus depot then they wouldn't be paying for something else. Land swaps only work if the developer has land suitable for a depot and that same developer wants to develop the shady grove site[/quote]
