OTOH, those with language deficiencies and struggles...received appropriate help early and often. It is a zero-sum game. [/quote] You are lucky. We didn’t get anything and kept getting told no as smart kids don’t need ieps. We didn’t everything outside MCPS. It’s cost a fortune. [/quote]
