According to a WJ Discussion group, there were camera's found but there was not enough evidence. I'm not ready to lay this at the feet of MCPS but school systems have to be better about taking risks and firing people who they suspect of wrongdoing. Let's the unions fight, take the risk of a lawsuit or simply remove them from direct interaction with kids.[/quote]

This employee was the elected SEIU rep for his school. Given the offense, even with his position in the union, I don't see the union fighting this. The vast majority of SEIU members are decent people, and work hard to support students.[/quote]
