No. But they are members of two athletic conferences (IAC for boys, ISL for girls) which prohibit athletic scholarshps, and they themselves assert on their website that financial aid at Bullis is solely need based. Violating the league rules makes them cheats, violating their own guidelines hypocrites, but they aren't criminals.[/quote]
