Might have hypersensitivity in his fingertips, might have a nail biting or skin chewing stim, might have excessive dryness or chapped skin from immune system or stress issues, could be germs but doesn't seem so otherwise.

I think it’s because of who they follow on instagram, and what they share. I found this too about supporting RFK comments about autism.
