[/quote] I'm well educated, well traveled, high disposable income, and couldn't care less about alcohol so don't drink much. When I buy wine on the rare occasion or for dinner at a friend's house I just get something around $30 and with a nice looking label. Seems to do the trick. In OP's circumstances I'd just get easygoing wheat beers and maybe some IPAs. Whenever I'm at a party the beers are typically the common beers mentioned on here, and those are at pretty upscale houses. [/quote]
