I give myself 8-8.5 but only sleep 7.45[/quote] PP here. Actually asleep. I aim to be in bed at 10:30, lights off at 11 and I go to sleep basically immediately. Alarm goes off at 7:20 and I get out of bed at 7:30. So that’s 8hr 20min of sleep. I’m prob an hour late to lights out once a week and a half hour late once or twice a week? So it prob averages out to more like 8 hours a night. Then almost every weekend I sleep in one day until 11 or so, or take a long (2 hour plus) nap in the afternoon. So that helps a bit, but I still need way more than I’m getting. [/quote]
