Korean dramas. You want K-Dramas. The king of them all is probably Crash Landing On You which is on Netflix. After you watch one they will start recommending you more of them and you can Google to see what the reviews are like.
This is a good recommendation though my only issue with K-Dramas is that when I'm super stressed/anxious, I sometimes like to double screen (I know it's bad but it's what I do) and I don't like the dubbed versions. If I can find a time where I want to dedicate my full attention to something though, these are great.
OP here and I want something I’ll set my phone down for a concentrate. I think I’m ruining my brain with reels. I want a show to watch but it also can’t have any stress. Bridgerton is perfect…and of course all of the typical sitcoms I’ve already done.
I have the same TV taste as you - trust the Crash Landing rec - you will thank us! There just isn’t enough of this kind of thing - some of the more YA shows work, Gilmore Girls, have you watched Never Have I Ever? The Diplomat is stressful and has violence but it’s so ridiculous that somehow it doesn’t stress me out and is fun. Have you watched Younger? Different than bridgerton but a lot of fun and an easy watch.
