Buses have no business being out in high winds and run the risk of having to stop at other schools to release kids into sturdier buildings.  Plus, all staff need to be able to get home and make sure their own families are safe.  Bus drivers are usually the last to finish so the higher-ups need to consider their safety. [/quote]
