[/quote] You email them or call them as needed. When they don't respond or pick up -- they get a warning. Next time you have the same problem -- start considering a PIP. What someone "appears to be" ... whether that is "offline" while they should be on or whatever ... is irrelevant. I would start noticing though, for sure, if the employee were a problem, especially if the problem was that they weren't available when they should be. [/quote]
