They're saying have any Aug birthdays that didnt make the A team get an offer for a correct grade in school (playing up) B team? This is the test that says if a club internally has a no playing down on A teams rule. Which is in the clubs best interest.[/quote]

Have any Q3 and Q4s gotten offers from a higher level team in the lower age group?

Not about an August birthday. It could be about a December birthday. And it’s about playing on a higher team in the lower age group (ex. Current B team December bday getting A team offer for next year in the lower age group), not playing up. Is this somehow against club interest? I can’t understand how it would be, but things have been weird….[/quote]
If August and September players play up on the correct grade in school team clubs can avoid the 8th grade season where 9th grade August September birthdays playing down choose to play HS soccer for 4 months of the season.[/quote]This is the leadership opportunity that my kid can really use. Playing HS while club team is full of middle schoolers. So much better than trapped where you didn't have a team for half a year.  My kid will miss practices but get a bunch more games.[/quote]
