Urban legend.  Our current A team has 4 people from last years B team, 2 kids that came up from B team the previous year.  One of the kids has risen from the 4th team to the 1st in 2 years.  That is about 40% of the roster promoted from within. Find a new club if you really are dealing with that urban legend.[/quote] Referring to top clubs not promoting not mid clubs backfilling when starters bounce to greener pastures.[/quote]
