More than likely, these are the people who did not carry any health insurance pre-ACA. So they are not worse off. They are slightly better than they were because they did receive some healthcare treatment while on the ACA. [/quote]

Oh goody.  They were able to get their tumor removed with the ACA.  What a bonus!!   Sorry it is back to malignant growth without any medical intervention at all, but at least they got some attention for a couple years so lucky them![/quote]

That PPs response was so brain dead, I do not know where to begin. The GOP is an abject failure in every way on healthcare, from zero ideas for general healthcare plan policy, to the joke of TrumpRx, to the pretend MAHA movement while they approve new chemicals and make our farming, soil, food, water, and air dirtier. More PFAs in our food/water, dirtier air, more coal energy leading to mercury in our fish (and meanwhile our electrical costs are skyrocketing while they go all in on no regulation for AI tech and data centers).
