Please stop and think about how dumb this question is.  Not everything in life has to be done in a limited amount of time.  Imagine if Cambridge had said to Stephen Hawking, "I'm sorry that you've been diagnosed with ALS and have lost your coordination, but you must use a pencil and write your own answers to exams and you can't have any extra time to do it. And, no crutches or wheelchairs, either. "
