People are saying some of the suitcases belong to her little kid who came there with her. Maybe. And have you seen some of those coats? They can be bulky. But aren't the coats given to everyone when they arrive? So a suitcase to carry the coat home. Size of suitcases was asked. If they are smallish, yes maybe you need 11?
