[/quote] I posted earlier in the thread but we do this on an income that varies between 500-800k. We don’t have a mortgage or childcare though, that’s the cost savings for us. Our kids are now teens and we know we have saved more than enough for their college funds. To the OP, I think it is table as long as they are single income, they already have a down payment saved, and college costs do not continue to sky rocket.[/quote]
