This.  I definitely looked better (I think, at least) at 30 than I did at 20.  But I looked my ABSOLUTE best at 22, when I trained for a marathon and started grad school, because I didn't really drink at all that year (because: marathon and grad school!  didn't really socialize in grad school honestly).  I see pictures of myself as a healthy, toned, young, non-drinker and I looked absolutely amazing.  And I didn't even appreciate it or realize it!!!!

Now that I'm in my 40s, I look healthy and relatively in shape and put together, and not overweight, but I also look like I'm in my 40s and there are no fixes for that.  And that's ok![/quote]
