The shooter recently transferred into Wootton from Blake HS in Silver Spring. The kid shot is the same kid who told his "mental health professional" he was bullied at Wootton last year, making all the fuss that got the Principal replaced. His mom wanted to transfer him out but was blocked. So neither kid should have been at Wootton this year. Both kids should have been in MCPS special facilities.[/quote]
