I wanted to wait until futsal season was over to chime in on this thread. Our kid played with In10sity this year. Here is my take. We didn't experience the screamer coach, which was my biggest concern going into the season. I think it was a combination of him tempering himself a bit, and luck that he wasn't my kids coach. My biggest surprise and takeaway was the use of guest players. When we signed up for In10sity it was with the understanding that we were paying for training, and to be a part of a player pool that would be used to develop rosters for tournaments. Based on the known talent in my kids age group, I thought it would be a good fit skill wise and put my kid in a good position to make at least a few of the tournament rosters. What ended up happening is that for every tournament In10sity secured guest players from outside the program/player pool to populate their rosters with only 2-3 MAX players from the actual player pool making the roster. The vast majority of kids who paid to train/play with In10sity never saw a tournament roster, including my kid. Additionally, rosters consistently had 9+ players on them and my understanding is that the majority of minutes went to guest players. So if you are interested in funding In10sity's program, having your child attend mediocre trainings and watching kids get rostered for tournaments that aren't part of the program, this is absolutely the program for you.
In10sity certainly isnt perfect but this is surprising and likely misleading. They operate from three different locations all with different playmetrics lists. How do you know the players were "guest players" and not players from Columbia or Virginia or Souuthern Maryland. I think that is more likely esp in the younger ages. I can imagine some of the pools at those ages were 30+ kida across the three locationa
