A good place to look for agents is "sold" listings on Zillow/Redfin for your neighborhood. Look at the photos and listing quality generally, and call up the selling agents for the listings you like. Again, try for a small, independent brokerage that is unaffiliated with any of the big name brokerages.[/quote]
