White is what suffragettes wore. As the first woman elected to be the governor, it was an intentional and symbolic move. More important: Pelosi has dark hair and the skin tone to wear white. She is a classic “winter.” Abigail is a spring or summer and, as PP said, would look much better in a light blue. [/quote]
