+1 on all accounts - this has been a growing problem since before Trump was even elected the first time (yes I still f'ing hate him/his sycophants/policies). Taking that attitude only puts you even further behind and actual solution. Living with roomates/parents is a perfectly viable short term solution (roomates even long term).  [/quote]
