Sorry, but this is unhinged and NOT required for a male to convert to Judaism unless you’re converting to orthodox. Reform rabbis absolutely do not require this.

I mean, it's a moot point because most men, Jew or gentile, born in the US before about the late 90s are circumcised. I'm in my early 30s and have seen one uncircumcised one over the 12 years I've been having sex.
