He and Katy Tur both have such cringey millennial vibes, and I am a millennial. But, give the guy a break. It's hard being eskimo brothers with Keith Olbermann.
They’re actually Gen X and they have that insufferable wannabe hip and appear younger than they are obsession. They’re both dumber than rocks in real life. And Katy waited too long to have kids, which always makes women weird. They all freak out about being the “old mom.”
Huh? Katy is 42 and her oldest is 7.
So two geriatric pregnancies, odds are one or both via ivf? With some divorced guy whose kids live in Israel who cut off his foreskin a few years ago. After banging a disgusting old man for free rent in her 20s. With a transsexual dad? What a power couple.
“received a second circumcision as an adult to complete his conversion,” to Judaism. “In the context of Jewish conversion, a second circumcision (or brit milah) is a significant ritual that symbolizes the covenant between the convert and God. Male converts to Judaism are traditionally required to undergo circumcision or, if already circumcised, a ritual removal of a single drop of blood.” Not a big deal for a second circumcision. Probably had the first right after birth with is the standard practice in US.
Sorry, but this is unhinged and NOT required for a male to convert to Judaism unless you’re converting to orthodox. Reform rabbis absolutely do not require this.
I mean, it's a moot point because most men, Jew or gentile, born in the US before about the late 90s are circumcised. I'm in my early 30s and have seen one uncircumcised one over the 12 years I've been having sex. He likely did not need it.
I believe Tony stated he had the second circumcision for the conversion.
