Typically republicans don't want the government breathing down their throat - and that would include feds showing up at the door. That said, republicans don't favor people entering the country illegally, or letting the stay. So i think many republicans would be ok with ICE aggressively investigating and detaining people here illegally. (and showing up at their doors)[/quote]
